Data & privacy
This page translates the French version (Données & RGPD), which prevails. It describes what RLBRT actually does with data: that of this site’s visitors, and that returned by its products. It describes measures; it does not claim absolute compliance.
Data controller
Raphaël Lambert, sole proprietor (RLBRT), SIREN 131 136 145, Montpellier, France. Contact: raphael@rlbrt.fr.
Site visitors
- No cookies, no local storage, no trackers, no analytics, no social media buttons. That is why no consent banner is shown.
- Fonts and all files are served from this server: your browser contacts no other domain.
- Like any web server, this one writes technical logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, declared browser. They are used only for security and troubleshooting, are neither analysed for audience measurement nor shared with anyone, and are deleted after 7 days at most. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
- There are no forms. If you write to raphael@rlbrt.fr, your e-mail is used only to reply to you.
Data returned by the products
RLBRT’s Actors, including marches-publics-veille, are built on official French public data published under Licence Ouverte 2.0:
- essential public procurement data (DECP, data.economie.gouv.fr);
- the official public procurement bulletin (BOAMP, DILA);
- the Recherche d’entreprises API (DINUM), for supplier names and size categories.
Measures applied:
- Only company data is returned. When a contract’s supplier is a sole trader, has a company name that is a person’s name, or cannot be found in the public register, the contract is kept but its name and identifiers are replaced by an empty value, with the reason for masking.
- Directors’ names read from the register are used only in memory to detect such company names; they are never stored, returned or logged.
- Contact names, e-mails and phone numbers present in BOAMP notices are never returned.
Your rights
If you believe data about you appears in an RLBRT product, you can ask for it to be masked or corrected, or object to its publication, by writing to raphael@rlbrt.fr. Please name the product and the item concerned. You will receive an answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Service providers
The site is self-hosted by the publisher, with no third-party host or CDN. The products run and are sold on the Apify platform, which processes its own users’ data under its privacy policy.
