The Actor reads France’s essential public procurement data (DECP) and flags contracts nearing their end: the buyer, the incumbent supplier, the amount, the estimated end date. It also lists open tenders from BOAMP and gives each one a 0–100 relevance score, computed without AI, with the reason for every point.

Site visitors
- No cookies, no local storage, no trackers, no analytics, so there is no banner.
- Fonts and files are served from this server, with no request to any other domain.
- Technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) are kept for 7 days at most.
- No forms: contact is by e-mail.
Product data
- Public sources under Licence Ouverte 2.0: DECP, BOAMP, Recherche d’entreprises.
- The supplier is masked when it is a sole trader, when its company name is a person’s name, or when it cannot be found.
- No personal e-mail address or phone number is ever returned.
